The film is going to be released in American theaters on 17th June 2022 and worldwide on the same day. After watching the Trailer, there are many people who are waiting for the movie and are ready to go to the cinema halls to watch it.
It is a spin-off of the Toy Story film series, serving as an origin story for the fictional test pilot/astronaut character Buzz Lightyear. he hero who inspired the toy. “Lightyear” follows the legendary space ranger on an intergalactic adventure alongside ambitious recruits, Izzy, Mo and Darby, and his robot companion Sox.
When Pixar and Disney combine then people expect something good as is the case for this animated thriller as well. The expectations and demands are high after watching the Trailer. Obviously some are not pleased with trailer and have posted negative reviews about it.

Lightyear Zurg Spoiler
In an interview recently Galyn Susman revealed some details about the villain in the movie Emperor Zurg. Zurg was first seen in the Pixar’s Toy Story 2 which a was released way back in 1999. In the film it was voiced by director Andrew Stanton. There was TV series named Buzz Lightyear of Star Command aired right after the release of Toy Story 2.
He stated about this spin-off that the villain Emperor Zurg are a spoiler and are being kept secret. It seems like Zurg is giant Robot after watching the Trailer and it is voiced by James Brolin. It is also possible that it could be man in a Robotic suit. All adds to the suspense and drama of this science fiction thriller.
The director Angus MacLane exact response to the question asked about Zurg was “I’ve been told that we can’t talk about Zurg”. The producer Susman replied to the same question saying “Not just yet. You don’t want us to spoil it for you. He’s angry about something, sure. He has a purpose. He has a mission”.
He further said that the character is determined if not infuriated in the quest. Whatever the director and producer said in the interview gives an idea that he has very interesting role in the film and therefore they want to keep it a secret to makes the movie more engaging to watch.
