The biggest cricketing league in the world Indian Premier League 17th edition set to begin today (22 March 2024) with an epic match between the defending champions CSK vs RCB. BCCI has announced the IPL 2024 Schedule for the first 21 matches of the mega tournament and the board will soon release the schedule for remaining matches.

IPL is the longest-running league with 10 teams and a total of 74 matches. Out of 74 matches, the board has issued a schedule only for the first 21 because of the upcoming general elections. The battle for IPL 2024 will start today in MA Chidambaram Stadium between the five-time winners Chennai Super Kings and Royal Challengers Bengaluru.

The epic showdown between the two giants will kick off at 7:30 PM right after the opening ceremony. Two of the biggest Indian superstars Virat Kohli and MS Dhoni will be in action against each other in the first match of the 2024 IPL.
